Meet Brooke

Hi I’m Brooke, a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and cook, passionate about gut health and helping you find health and happiness amongst the chaos of the wellness industry. I have always been interested in the power of food as medicine and believe it is the best tool we have in supporting our health. 

Through both my own personal health journey and clinical experience, I have come to understand that a true state of health is holistic and best achieved through realistic and attainable lifestyle changes, not ‘fads’!

I strongly believe in the importance of moderation in supporting not just our physical, but also our mental and emotional wellbeing. When we truly embrace a more balanced lifestyle, we feel empowered and motivated to support all aspects of our health.
